As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our e-commerce platforms. Collaborating closely with our dynamic team, you will spearhead the development of new services, manage supplier relationships, expand our product range, and optimize business processes to ensure our continued leadership in the market.

What we expect from you:

  • Develop innovative services for our e-commerce platforms, including fensterversand.com and windows24.com
  • Proactively manage and expand our supplier portfolio through cross-functional coordination
  • Expand and diversify our product range in line with market demands and trends
  • Negotiate purchasing terms with strategic suppliers, overseeing ongoing optimization and control
  • Streamline and optimize our business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Cultivate and nurture strong business relationships with partners and service providers
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor evaluations to identify growth opportunities
  • Act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and IT departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment

What you bring to the table:

  • Good technical knowledge in windows and doors
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Interest in and affinity for e-commerce and online business
  • Fluent English or German language skills
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence for organized documentation
  • Proven ability to work independently, reliably, and proactively, with a strong sense of initiative
