At Neuffer we combine our customisable add-ons, personalised consultation, and precise German engineering with aluminium window profiles from three reputable European brands, Schüco, Aluprof, and Reynaers. Taking these profiles as our base, we have had some of our aluminium windows certified as hurricane proof and Passive House energy-efficient. This means that customers can rely on excellent functional performance while perfecting design with our range of quality finishes and glazing variants.
The Key Benefits
- Excellent impact resistance: thanks to its robust exterior, an aluminium window provides very good break-in protection and can withstand high winds.

Sash design
For aluminium doors we mostly offer sleek sashes that sit flush with the frame but more offset forms are also available. In terms of the opening, the doors can be fixed or fitted with a tilt and turn system for versatile ventilation.
Glass seal & strip
The seal ensures watertightness between the glazing and the door sash while the strip provides the necessary contact pressure.
Thermal break
Made from polyamide, this piece can be 6 mm to 30 mm large and helps to prevent energy loss.

Tailoring Dimensions, Soundproofing, and Security
Because we supply made-to-measure products, when it comes to dimensions, a wide range of sizes are possible. Just share your desired dimensions today and, based on the chosen profile and configuration, we will check that they match our minimum and maximum ranges of structural possibilities. It is also worth noting that our windows don’t just have to feature one sash – depending on the brand, they can alternatively come with two or three connected sashes with optional upper or lower fanlights. This adds character, makes particularly large dimensions possible, brings in much light, creates open views out.
For customers looking to enhance or adapt soundproofing and security, this is also possible thanks to our custom glazing. Ideal for windows that will be located at the ground floor, for example, break-in protection can be increased by having the glass tempered or laminated during manufacturing. During lamination invisible foil interlayers are inserted between the panes, for example, which makes the glass thicker and harder to break.
If it does crack under very high force, the shards are then safely held on the intact foil, which requires extra tools to break. In a similar way, varying degrees of noise reduction can be achieved for the window when a special invisible foil and asymmetrically thick panes are used during glass production. This slows the travel of sound waves, helping to create peaceful interiors.
