Your responsibilities:
- Establishing and expanding our "active sourcing" activities and designing an ideal recruitment process from briefing to attracting the right talent to filling our vacant positions.
- Identifying and actively approaching candidates using the relevant channels
- Screening of CVs as well as scheduling and conducting interviews
- Continuous contribution to various projects related to recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, employer branding and HR marketing
- Contact person for employees in organisational/administrative HR matters
