Identifying and actively approaching candidates using the relevant channels
Screening of CVs as well as scheduling and conducting interviews
Continuous contribution to various projects related to recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, employer branding and HR marketing
Contact person for employees in organisational/administrative HR matters

Your profile:

Degree in business administration, economics, business psychology or comparable training with a focus on human resources management
2 years of professional experience in recruiting, the selection of candidates as well as the acquisition of employees
Experience in the field of HR marketing and employer branding
Communicative and open-minded personality with a pragmatic way of working
Fluent in German and English
Background in e-commerce is a plus
