Head of Content (m/f/d) in Stuttgart at Neuffer
Your responsibilities:
- Team leadership: You will take on the leadership of the international content team of 9 content managers, including onboarding new employees, setting goals on an employee and team basis, and coordinating individual development in close cooperation with management.
- Project management: You will be responsible for planning, managing and prioritising content projects for all national and international online shops. This includes planning and designing individual measures for various channels, resource planning, defining interim goals and quality management.
- Content strategy: You will be responsible for the continuous development and strategic alignment of all content measures in line with the marketing strategy. In addition to cross-market guidelines for target group-centred content, you will define country-specific requirements for our markets in Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
- Content creation: You will organise the creation of texts for online shops and other marketing channels in five languages (German, English, French, Italian, Spanish) – both internally and in collaboration with external partners and agencies. In doing so, you will always take into account current search engine optimisation criteria, different target groups and content formats. You will also efficiently integrate new methods for AI-generated content into existing processes.
- Process definition and optimisation: You will establish new work processes for the content team and optimise existing processes. You understand content as an interface to other disciplines, which is why you define standards in collaboration with the SEO, UX design, web development, SEA and business development departments.
- Technical development of CMS: In collaboration with the software development team, you will be responsible for the further development of the content management system (TYPO3) with regard to editorial maintenance and connection to the shop system. You will design new functions, define requirements and test the implementation to optimise the user experience.
