Your Tasks

  • Strategic excellence: The independent conception, implementation, management and continuous development of our paid media campaigns (focus on SEA, paid social & affiliate marketing) with the clear goal of maximising our KPIs such as revenue and ROAS
     
  • Data-driven growth: conducting in-depth analyses and transforming complex data into actionable insights to identify untapped potential and open up new growth paths
     
  • Competitive insights: Actively monitoring competitive activity and market trends (impression shares, adverts, landing pages etc.) to identify potential and secure our competitive advantage
     
  • Budget management: Confident control and optimisation of budgets based on our ROAS and margin targets
     
  • Product launches & internationalisation: Setting up and implementing effective SEA setups for the successful launch of new products and scaling our activities in 7 international markets

Your Profile

  • Sound basis: A degree in marketing, economics or a comparable qualification
     
  • Extensive experience: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in performance marketing, ideally in a high-growth e-commerce company or a leading digital agency
     
  • SEA mastery: You have very sound and field-tested knowledge of strategic planning, operational implementation and scaling of highly complex SEA campaigns (you know Google Ads and Microsoft Ads like the back of your hand)
     
  • Cross-channel understanding (nice to have): Experience with other paid channels such as paid social or affiliate marketing is a plus Tool expertise: Confident and experienced use of common web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager), bid management systems and tracking solutions is a matter of course for you
     
  • Analytical strength: You have a strong analytical mindset, a high affinity for numbers and the ability to interpret complex data and derive clear, data-based recommendations for action from it
     
  • Proactive behaviour: You are characterised by a high degree of initiative, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive projects forward independently and purposefully
     
  • Language skills: Business fluent German and English (at least C1 level) are essential for international collaboration
