Your responsibilities:

  • Strategic excellence: The independent conception, implementation, management and continuous development of our paid media campaigns (focus on SEA, paid social & affiliate marketing) with the clear goal of maximising our KPIs such as revenue and ROAS

Your profile:

  • Sound basis: A degree in marketing, economics or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive experience: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in performance marketing, ideally in a high-growth e-commerce company or a leading digital agency
  • SEA mastery: You have very sound and field-tested knowledge of strategic planning, operational implementation and scaling of highly complex SEA campaigns (you know Google Ads and Microsoft Ads like the back of your hand)
  • Cross-channel understanding (nice to have): Experience with other paid channels such as paid social or affiliate marketing is a plus Tool expertise: Confident and experienced use of common web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager), bid management systems and tracking solutions is a matter of course for you
