- Development of ideas and concepts for the communication of our window and door content on relevant social media channels for our online shops and corporate sites
- Conception of a communication plan as well as coordination of all activities on the relevant social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest)
- Creative production of high-quality and relevant social media content and its promotion in coordination with content, UX and paid media
- Initiation and implementation of influencer collaborations and campaigns
- Evaluation of the social media channels and creation of reports as well as independent derivation of fields of action
- Community management in close cooperation with our customer care team
- You have a successfully completed degree in communication or media studies, journalism / journalism or comparable professional training
- You have at least 3 years of experience in supporting brands and/or online shops as a social media manager
- You are familiar with the creation, playout and controlling of social paid formats
- You have a distinctive creative ambition and can skilfully transform communication messages into successful social formats
- You are confident in dealing with all common social media networks and online communities
- You are familiar with current trends and developments in all relevant social channels and have a feel for which content leads to success with target groups
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
