Office Manager (m/f) in Stuttgart at Neuffer

What we expect from you:

  • You enjoy observing, analyzing and streamlining internal processes in our company of fifty people
  • You are the first point of contact for management, employees, partners and customers
  • Your daily tasks include phone and email communication in German and English as well as processing ingoing and outgoing mail
  • Assuming responsibility for accounting activities including preparing monthly statements, creating and verifying invoices, bank transfers and reconciling accounts
  • Manage company travel arrangements and expenses
  • General office organization including coordinating, preparing and following up on appointments and meetings and ordering office supplies 

What you bring to the table:

  • You are a self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Completed business education and at least 2 years of professional experience and either experience, or interest in taking on accounting tasks
  • Fluent German and English
  • Proficient in standard software applications like Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • You are service and customer oriented with strong organizational skills, enjoy communication and possess a good understanding of business processes and their interdependencies
