Your responsibilities:
- You control, coordinate and lead the project management department
- You take on a key position in which you are responsible for the fast and successful advancement of projects and ideas
- You see yourself as a mediator: you communicate and clarify expectations between stakeholders, management and the implementing team
- Your stakeholders are not only our customers, but also our employees. Here you help to further develop and automate internal processes in a meaningful way
- You are responsible for the management of strategic projects and their resource planning, the tracking of KPIs and regular project reviews
- You build a consistent project management structure and continuously improve it
- You maintain and monitor the product backlog and are the contact person in case of questions
- The quality of the development is your priority. You ensure this by testing, coordinating feedback loops and organising releases.
