Product Owner (m/f) CMS & Media in Stuttgart at Neuffer

Your tasks:

In the role of Product Owner, you are responsible for our CMS (Content Management System). Your role will involve developing and implementing new features together with your development team as part of the agile development of our shop platform as well as supporting projects. As PO, you play a decisive role in the implementation of our content strategy and make a significant contribution to ensuring the success of our shops.

  • You will be responsible for the technical implementation and further development of the content management system (CMS)
  • You always keep an eye on the optimisation of our current systems and processes. Your challenge is to critically analyse the status quo and continuously work on improving the system landscape.
  • You are familiar with the tool and provider landscape and innovative approaches in content management and have an eye on the potential for automation
  • You work closely with the operational content team and various teams that deal with the shop platform and internal/external apps
  • Together with the teams, you develop, implement and monitor metrics for content performance
  • You design compelling epics and user stories for your backlog, which you coordinate with your stakeholders. You always think from the customer's perspective

What we expect from you:

  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a product owner in a cross-functional team in the content / media area, ideally in e-commerce
  • You have a proven track record of success with your previous teams, such as increasing visits, shares, engagement and conversion rates
  • Your expertise includes working with TYPO3, ideally you also have experience with MAM/DAM (Media Asset Management / Digital Asset Management) and "headless" CMS
  • You are proficient in both the discovery and delivery aspects of software product development and are familiar with the corresponding approaches
  • You have excellent German and English language skills, other languages are an advantage
