Product Owner (m/f/d) Online Shop in Stuttgart for Neuffer

Your responsibilities:

As a product owner, you will be responsible for the further development of a section of our internationally available online shops such as fensterversand.com, fenetre24.com or haustueren.de and will be largely responsible for the success of your area.

  • As a product owner, you are responsible for the shopping cart, checkout, payments and account areas in all shops and are constantly developing these further using your specialist knowledge in e-commerce.
  • You take on a key position and drive the further development of the shops together with your team.
  • As a product owner, you also see yourself as a mediator: you communicate and clarify expectations between stakeholders, management and implementing teams.
  • Your stakeholders are not only our customers, but also our employees. Here you help to develop and automate internal processes in a meaningful way.
  • You maintain and monitor the product backlog and are the contact person for all questions from your stakeholders about the current status of development and the roadmap.

Your profile:

  • You have already gained initial experience (2-3 years) as a product owner, ideally in the area of e-commerce with an international focus.
  • You have gained some specialist knowledge in the e-commerce sector in your professional life and have already been able to successfully apply this knowledge (e.g. payments, shop systems).
  • Ideally, you have already managed projects and acquired specialist knowledge in the areas of GDPR, cloud and API implementations.
  • You are characterized by strong analytical thinking skills and a data-driven way of working.
  • You are familiar with common project management tools and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. You already know Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) from your everyday professional life, ideally in the role of administrator.
  • You are interested in trends in the online and e-commerce sector and always keep an eye on them.
  • You impress with strong communication and presentation skills in German and English. You always appear service- and solution-oriented towards your stakeholders.
  • A high level of organizational and process-based competence, initiative and resilience round off your profile.
