Customer Relations Manager (m/f) in Stuttgart at Neuffer

What we expect from you:

  • Support the entire window/door installation process from ordering to on-site installation
  • Process technical inquiries by phone and in writing from customers and installation partners
  • Expand as well as maintain customer and order data in our CRM system
  • Close cooperation with the internal departments like marketing & sales on things like customer surveys, acquisition of new installation partners, advertising, etc.

What  you bring to the table:

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • Good understanding of both the technical and business side of things
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Solid command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
  • Dedicated, independent and conscientious working style
