Sales Manager D/A/CH (m/f) in Stuttgart at Neuffer

What we expect from you:

  • Support and expand our business relationship with customers from the D/A/CH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland)
  • Identify new markets and opportunities and bring in new customers
  • Identification and analysis of customer requirements
  • Ensuring the achievement of sales and coverage and customer satisfaction goals
  • Creation and implementation of sales concepts for a sustainable increase in sales in collaboration with the Head of Sales
  • Regular structured reporting of sales activities and market situation in sales area
  • Participation in the adaptation of existing business models and sales strategies
  • Cooperation with and support of cost analyst, marketing and business development

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed technical or business studies or completed technical or commercial vocational training
  • Several years of sales experience in the windows or construction field would be advantageous. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a high degree of organization, entrepreneurial thinking and proactive work combined with reliability, resilience and teamwork
  • Good command of German and English, spoken and written. Other languages advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
  • Hands on mentality and ability to work independently, reliably and exact in a fast moving, dynamic environment
