Technical Customer Care Manager (m/f/d) in Stuttgart at Neuffer

What we expect from you:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and those interested in purchasing windows online
  • Answer inquiries by phone, email and live chat
  • Process orders and provide customer support throughout the entire order lifecycle
  • Handle questions, returns and complaints
  • Communicate with external partners, service providers and suppliers
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Logistics departments

What you bring to the table:

  • Have a technical background in the window industry or be a state-certified woodworker, master glazier or window technician
  • Experience in window construction or the window trade required
  • Strong communication skills with a talent for organization
  • Be a reliable team player who works well under pressure
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
