- Act as the first point of contact for customers and those interested in purchasing windows online
- Answer inquiries by phone, email and live chat
- Process orders and provide customer support throughout the entire order lifecycle
- Handle questions, returns and complaints
- Communicate with external partners, service providers and suppliers
- Work closely with the Business Development and Logistics departments
- Have a technical background in the window industry or be a state-certified woodworker, master glazier or window technician
- Experience in window construction or the window trade required
- Strong communication skills with a talent for organization
- Be a reliable team player who works well under pressure
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
