Coordination and monitoring of ongoing installation work at our customers' premises and on-site installation partners
Technical contact person for technical questions concerning the installation of windows
Instructing the fitters and ensuring the progress and quality of the installation work
Coordination of all on-site appointments with colleagues from our office staff

What we expect from you:

A successfully completed technical vocational training
Several years of experience in customer consulting as well as technical application knowledge in the area of windows, doors, shades as well as installation (RAL) and measurement
High degree of determination, independence and sense of responsibility
Committed, friendly and customer-oriented appearance
Very good knowledge of German
Class B driving licence
