Qualifications

• You have completed professional training or a degree in the field of IT or comparable training. We also welcome people with the relevant experience who are looking for a career change.
• You already have professional experience in IT support or a comparable position, ideally in the e-commerce environment.
• You already know Atlassian Jira/Confluence or a comparable software (e.g. Asana) from your daily work.
• You are service- and solution-oriented, willing to learn, have strong communication skills and remain calm even in stressful situations.
• Your way of working is characterized by structure, pragmatism and empathy. You like to work in a team and can react agile to changes.
• Very good English and German skills round off your profile.
