Employee IT Support (m/f) in Stuttgart for Neuffer
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the acceptance, prioritization and coordination of error cases and bugs of our systems in the first and second level support.
- In incidence management you take over the communication of outages (incidence ieports, outage reports) and manage the resolution of the outages.
- As the main contact point, you support the teams to resolve failures efficiently and effectively through cleanly formulated tickets (in Jira) and problem descriptions.
- You take responsibility by performing initial acceptance of bug fixes and ensuring ticket progress.
- Together with the product owners, you will improve the overall quality of our software through regular communication and reporting.
- In the long term, you will help to improve our quality management by creating and maintaining test cases.
