- Support the entire window/door installation process from ordering to on-site installation
- Process technical inquiries by phone and in writing from customers and installation partners
- Expand as well as maintain customer and order data in our CRM system
- Close cooperation with the internal departments like marketing & sales on things like customer surveys, acquisition of new installation partners, advertising, etc.
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Good understanding of both the technical and business side of things
- Good knowledge of English
- Solid command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
- Dedicated, independent and conscientious working style
