The Key Benefits
- High weather resistance: during manufacturing, we anodise our aluminium French door frames. This makes them resistant to rust and corrosion and has them excellently withstand wear and tear from the elements.
- Highly secure: thanks to aluminium’s strength, our quality metal fittings, multiple locking points, and custom glazing, these French doors provide excellent impact resistance and break-in protection.
- Certified insulation: although metal is naturally conductive, because our various French doors feature cores filled with special insulation foam and chambers, we can offer two models that are certified by the Passive House Institute for their impressive thermal performance.
Sash design
For aluminium doors we mostly offer sleek sashes that sit flush with the frame but more offset forms are also available. In terms of the opening, the doors can be fixed or fitted with a tilt and turn system for versatile ventilation.
Glass seal & strip
The seal ensures watertightness between the glazing and the door sash while the strip provides the necessary contact pressure.
Thermal break
Made from polyamide, this piece can be 6 mm to 30 mm large and helps to prevent energy loss.
