- Develop, optimize, and maintain software solutions using modern technologies
- Ensure software performs well under load and remains maintainable
- Manage the full software development lifecycle: research, design, development, and deployment
- Work in an agile environment, collaborating with colleagues to develop technical solutions
- Actively propose and implement improvements to enhance the software
- Share knowledge with the team and learn from colleagues to improve overall expertise
- Several years of experience in PHP development, preferably with frameworks like Symfony
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and PHPUnit
- Experience with Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, Rancher, GoCD, and Harbor
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to suggesting solutions and improvements
- Good communication skills, fluent in English (German is a plus but not required)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and share insights with colleagues
