- Coordination of forwarders, carriers and suppliers
- Close collaboration with national and international companies / co-operation partners in the fields of logistics & construction
- Collaboration in daily order processing, including planning delivery routes and preparing shipments
- Creation and maintenance of shipping documents (e.g. waybills, delivery notes, customs documents)
- Monitoring orders to ensure on-time delivery to our end customers
- Early identification of deviations or delays
- Contact person for customer enquiries regarding delivery status and to resolve problems
- Maintaining positive and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and carriers
- Completed commercial training, preferably in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services
- Professional experience in logistics, ideally in the e-commerce sector
- Very good handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong ability to work in a team and commitment to achieving goals together
- Entrepreneurial thinking, quick comprehension and analytical skills
- Ideally confident in dealing with customs-related topics
- Communication skills in German
- Other languages such as English, French, Spanish, Italian are an advantage
