Technical Customer Care Manager (m/f/d)) in Stuttgart at Neuffer

Your responsibilities:

  • First, direct contact for French customers and interested parties when buying windows online via
  • Answering inquiries by phone, email and live chat
  • Order processing as well as customer support throughout the entire order process
  • Handling of questions, returns and complaints
  • Communication with external partners, service providers and suppliers
  • Close collaboration with the business development and logistics departments

What we expect from you:

  • Businessman/-woman with technical background in the window industry or state-certified wood craftsperson, master glazier or window fitter
  • First experience in window construction or window trade required
  • Strong communication skills and a high degree of organizational talent
  • Reliability, ability to work under pressure and in a team
  • Fluent knowledge of French at a native language level
  • Very good knowledge of English or German
  • Very good MS-Office skills
